I Love Waves-

I Love water. I love the ocean and the pull and push of the tides. Sitting quietly on the sand, I hear the crashing waves and sense their rhythm deep beneath me.  In times of peace, in times of trouble, with gratitude and with heartache, I return to the sandy shore and find wisdom in the waves.

I begin with the hope and intention to offer wisdom that illuminates my path and may help you find yours. Words of wisdom from poets, prophets,writers and teachers. Words that work to open hearts, minds and eyes to new ways of being and inhabiting the space around us.

Fear has kept me from beginning, yet wise words propell me forth.

To the invisible geography

That invites me to new frontiers,

To break the dead shell of yesterday’s

To risk being disturbed and changed.

May I have the courage today

To live the life that I would love,

To postpone my dream no longer

But to do at last what I came here for

And waste my heart on fear no more
